Camp Venus is a four-week online summer experience for women who are ready to reconnect with nature, nourish their bodies and spirits, make things with their hands, gather together and remember who they are.
Part summer camp. Part herbalism class. Part art project. Part girls' night. Part Venusian ritual.

WEEK ONE
THE ROSE CABIN
Devotion, Attuning & Self-Love
The Rose Cabin is an invitation to come back into relationship with yourself. We will explore self-devotion, beauty as ritual, pleasure and the quiet practices that make an ordinary life feel sacred.
At The Rose Cabin, we'll explore:
✶ The philosophy of Venusian Folk Herbalism
✶ Rose and her friends as plant teachers
✶ Beauty as an embodied and sensory practice
✶ Creating a personal altar
✶ Small daily rituals for returning to yourself
✶ Demonstration: Learn how to make a simple botanical body/anointing oil and learn the folk method of herbal infusion.
WEEK TWO
THE BATHHOUSE
Feeling, Sensing & Cleansing
This week is about returning to the body through water, plants, scent, touch, and the senses. We will explore herbal beauty rituals, ritual bathing, sensory medicine and what happens when caring for your body becomes an act of intimacy rather than another obligation.
At The Bathhouse, we'll explore:
✶ The body as a place of herbal knowing
✶ Sensory ritual and embodied herbalism
✶ Herbal baths
✶ Plants for beauty and body care
✶ Turning ordinary care practices into devotional acts
✶ Demonstration: Learn how to make a simple botanical body polish and turn exfoliation into a soft, sensory act of tending yourself.
WEEK THREE
THE CRAFT TENT
Creating, Meditation & Magic
The Craft Tent is about the particular kind of magic that happens when we work with our hands and our minds are allowed to be still. This week, we return to creativity without asking ourselves to perform. We will talk about art as ritual and the importance of being unserious sometimes.
At The Craft Tent, we'll explore:
✶ Creativity as meditation
✶ Handmade ritual objects
✶ Adorning the body and home
✶ Folk craft, botanical materials and personal symbolism
✶ Creating simply for the joy of it
✶ Demonstration: craft night! Learn how to make beautiful little things that will serve as visual reminders of your magic, your intention, your power. We will make paper garlands, camp flags, pennants, flowers and friendship talismans and more.
WEEK FOUR
THE MOONLIT FIELD
Reflection, Intuition & Integration
The Moonlit Field is the place at Camp Venus where we talk about the deeper truths of girlhood. We will use our intuition to explore our inner worlds. We will learn how Venusian Folk Herbalism approaches magic and intuition without abandoning discernment or the body.
At The Moonlit Field, we'll explore:
✶ Intuition and embodied knowing
✶ Plant communication
✶ Desire as information
✶ Personal ritual and celtic folk magic
✶ Integrating the practices of Camp Venus
a five-knot meditation cord and learn a simple Venusian practice for returning to yourself when life feels heavy.

WHO IS CAMP VENUS FOR?
Camp Venus is for the woman who has done a lot of healing and somehow became extremely serious. The woman who misses making things. The woman who keeps buying beautiful notebooks and is waiting for something important enough to write in them. The woman who wants to learn about plants but does not necessarily want another certification.The woman who wants intelligent conversations about healing and spirituality but also desperately needs a girls' night. (Spoiler Alert: I have been all of these women)
You don't need to know anything about herbalism. You don't need an established spiritual practice. You don't need to consider yourself creative. You just need to be curious and open.
